Tying Up Loose Ends

Okay, I am doing some internal restructuring at iBankCoin, with regards to direction of content, which happens to entail cleaning up my dated blogroll. I added a few names, while tossing others. However, the truth of the matter is, typically, I am too busy to surf the web, like some of my competition. Therefore, I have no idea who is worth linking to anymore.

If you are an avid reader of a certain site and want to recommend it for blogroll induction, leave a note in the comments section. Or, if you are a blogger looking for some street cred, leave a note in the comments section, with a link to your stupid blog. Over the next day or so, I will read through all of the recommended blogs and add a few to my blogroll. In addition, I will dedicate a post highlighting the idiocy or splendor of the suggested blogs, depending on my mood, labeling them “worthwhile” or “GIANT WASTE OF TIME.”

In other words, fellow bloggers, choose your link whoring very carefully, for it may be your last.

Blog roll: Bulls on Wall Street (BOWS)– http://www.bullsonwallstreet.com

Normally I would recommend http://www.slopeofhope.com as few blogs are as unintentionally hilarious but lately since it’s been filled with egregiously lame guest posts, it’s no longer so.

  3. TA says:

Why Zero Hedge? Tin foil hats are not that funny and the same ‘GS is controlling everything’ shit gets boring fast.

http://noxtrends.blogspot.com was a great concept as a place to make fun of popular blogs without risk of being banned(I’m talking about you TIM) but is too sparsely updated be any good.

Fly, I like your new gravatar but after seeing this clip from POTC3 “At World’s End” I think Jack Sparrow would be a more fitting one … behold “that is a dingy, my vessel is magnificent” … “It is pronounced, ay-gree-jus” … as well as some slapping off of mustaches and Fly-like prose:

Oh, and of course I nominate the OEW blog for wave watchers:

You think I’m going to come on here and resort to patronizing or begging for a measly link?! For the love of Thor’s tits. Save this drudgery for some other “stock” “website.”

I’d love nothing more then not to be on your on pitiful “blogroll”, but once again I have such meaningless power on this subject matter that it makes my sack shrivel up just thinking about it. How can my blog share the “stage” with such unique information that Nasdaq.com provides? That is just an incredible link and I go there often when I feel like pissing on my screen.

Who the heck is going to stop you from linking to my blog? Only a Le Fly Bizarro or LFB would be able to keep you from linking to http://www.stockrake.com. Knowing this fact, is just one of 10 reasons, why I drink scotch during the day. However, my wife and children want me to accept a link from this blogroll, as the traffic will likely afford us to purchase the two 1978 Ford Pinto’s we have been eyeing. Note, I don’t have delusions of grandeur for these fantastical riches.

So if I find my link on this “blogroll”, here to the right side, which happens to be my punching hand, somewhere between “Research..Recap” and “Tech Trader Daily,” then I will pull the heels off your shoes and you will be forced to walk home funny. Cancel that idea, I will only pull one heel off and leave the other of your Rockports in tact so that when you are bobbing up and down all through Chinatown, my blog will be what you think of.

I ask for blog rec’s not to help them out with stupid traffic stats, numbnuts. I am interested in reading some fresh perspectives and figured ” what better people to ask about the internet, than my own leeches?”

I enjoy this guy here: http://donmillerjournal.blogspot.com/ Great success, futures guy. I suggest going back to the start and doing a serious read for those that want to trade futures.

Old prof of mine: http://randallparker.blogspot.com/ Economics perspective, self proclaimed 4th tier, refers to a lot of top tier talent.

And this is mine: http://4nursebee.blogspot.com/ A hard working stiff slugging it out with the demons of hope and fear, trying to get his nut in the world. Nothing unique for those that know how to read books.

The only financial blog I read regularly (other than ibankcoin) is http://blog.afraidtotrade.com/.

Excellent blog by a successful trader with regular updates. A must-read for the folks who like technicals.
