Just when you thought civilization was going back to the time of the Tudors, BAM!, a new global growth story emerges. Year over year estimates will be shattered, amongst all relevant companies. Moreover, America is old hat, compared to the cool people from Asia—who have slaves for labor and gamblers for rich folks. Those fuckers will buy so many LCD teevee’s, Corning Incorporated [[GLW]] will run out of sand to make the glass that goes into those fuckers.
At any rate, aside from 4g, aside from foreign names, “The Fly” is actively researching Industrial Electric Equipment companies. For those of you who are subscribers to The PPT, click here for reference.
For you other cat fondlers out there, take a gander at General Cable Corporation [[BGC]] , Powell Industries, Inc. [[POWL]] , REGAL-BELOIT CORPORATION [[RBC]] , AZZ Incorporated [[AZZ]] , AMETEK, Inc. [[AME]] , EnerSys [[ENS]] , Rockwell Automation [[ROK]] — and long shot plays Capstone Turbine Corporation [[CPST]] , Exide Technologies [[XIDE]] , Plug Power Inc. [[PLUG]] and Ultralife Corp. [[ULBI]] .

You’re sound very enthused, animated these days. Good work on the 70%’er.
It helps when the market is a printing press. I am no genius for making money in this market. However, I am a genius for avoiding being a dumbass, like TIM.
Yea, I know what you mean. We’re all speccing with all this play money behind.
Indeed and LOL at the TIM comment
TA:
How much longer is TIM going to continue the farce?
Tim is no dumbass, despite his acting like one, a dumb ass.
He is full of trading rules, yet he ignores the gayest & greatest of them all;
‘ the trend be your friend’.
Hence, he has been relegated to trading purgatory for the intelligent that act like dumb asses.
He’ll last a long time considering the only value Prophet Charts brings to his employer (Think Or Swim) is the steady stream of newbie traders he draws through his site. He’ll continue to cover his tracks as much as possible and eventually when this turd market falls over on itself he’ll claim he was right. Gayest and greatest indeed….
You don’t have to be Einstein to trade well juicey. You just to know how to avoid a prison rape and know when to to jump on a trend.
Gotta love that Chinese money growth, 25%+ per month. What a bubble this thing is gonna blow.
Buckeye;
Lie down and enjoy it. It gets to be fun after a while.
Dude, don’t put a time on those fuckers going down. They do have time on their hands and it sort of resembles the Japanese of the 80’s.
The Japanese basically expanded the money supply from the late 70’s on and it took a decade for that place to fall into a shithole of abyss. Not suggesting China won’t collapse next year or anything like that. I’m just sayin that this crap is very hard to predict. One good indicator seems to be over the top real estate prices which is not the case over there so much.

With your comment in mind, thought you would appreciate this
“According to a recent article on Reuters, on Saturday Lou Jiwei, the chairman of the CIC, China’s sovereign wealth fund, said at a conference on Saturday in response to a question about his expected performance: “It will not be too bad this year. Both China and America are addressing bubbles by creating more bubbles and we’re just taking advantage of that. So we can’t lose.
‘
Gotta play the game, to win the game.
slaves and gamblers, indeud.
lol, buck.
Greetings Fly,
Whats the premise of your underlying thesis for investing in the IEE companies? Has is got to do with industrial growth coming back and the most industries having to upgrade equipment (Kind of the like the upcoming tech server upgrade cycle that DELL/HPQ and others have been hinting about)? If so, have you thought/researched on which specific industries have the most equipment to upgrade? If you have any pointers, I could probably spend the weekend looking up more info about it.
Thanks

What I don’t get is why EDC, for all intents and purposes, appears to be nothing more than a high-beta version of the SPY. If emerging/global markets really have decoupled from the stank hole that the American economy has become, shouldn’t ETFs like EDC start showing a low beta?
look out for AXL today, big upgrade by barclays, target up from 8 to 13.
30% short interest, looking for a big squeeze..
4 minutes before race time.
Henry, what are your plans with DVAX? Keep us in the loop as you got us here (and thanks to you for that, btw.)
2 eggs, over easy, bacon and coffee please.
Significant, thought recommendation free post.
