Jake, I will try to drive thru with a video camera and film this development up the road. It is quite the scene to see 108 for sale signs in a row, with 7 spec houses with 5 for sale signs (each near one million dollars a pop) in the front. I just drove thru again a minute ago. I will take a video camera next time. people have to see this, it has been this way for one year now, one year this month, when the last spec house was finished.
when I see a new foundation go in this very same development, I will consider the economy on an up tick. until then I will be playing the market with light feet.

False ever hear of micromanaging positions…… I just adjust my positions based on my short term positions…. and the FAZ @9.75 I was out if i recall correctly on April 28th …http://www.ibankcoin.com/peanut_gallery/index.php/2009/04/28/intraday-talk/ so i scalped some gains there. and was back in at FAZ at lower price with some gains made. I then made the call on the FED and sold FAZ this morning… And i got back in when SPX was around 876-878 for a price of $8.44. And as of right now that position is down. I got trigger happy.
