Fly, this rally is getting extremely long in the tooth, you have to admit. With the world piling into long calls, you have to imagine tomorrow is going to be a 300 down day and maybe the start of a nice retracement…whether or not it turns into another leg down remains to be seen, but there’s no way we can continue up at this pace forever.
Rosen Rush, I agree, but at this point I am sitting out. There are a million and one lemmings coming down the street.
We’re just seeing the first wave of commercial real estate bankruptcies and some of these names have run 100% in the last month.
CRE can go fuck 2 zebras and a monkey!
Maybe it peters out OR maybe we retrace like 1938 and run up 70% from the lows.
Maybe institutions are under invested and need to put cash to work.
Maybe short sellers keep piling in here trying to call an unconfirmed top, squeezing the market higher.
I’m 100% in this market. I have been in since 3/12, increasing my positions as opportunity shows itself.
If Im wrong, I can always sell.
