I think having gotten long earlier in the week it is probably OK to hold SOME or MOST of the longs, but wouldn’t be leveraged here and would have some cash.
Believing my own BS, I’m 75% with mix of EMs, Industries, and commodities here, no levered ETFs, and 25% cash.

A massive put trade in the SPDR S&P 500 or SPY was initiated on
Thursday in what appeared to be a downside hedge in the exchange-traded fund.
An impressive 7-way put spread was implemented just before noon. A customer
sold 25,000 each of the March SPY $75, $76, and $78 puts and bought 30,000 May
SPY $66 puts and 25,000 each of the May SPY $69, $64, and $62 puts, said Trade
Alert president Henry Schwartz. The March contracts were all closing positions
and May contracts were all opening positions, with a net credit to the customer
of $7.69 million. The SPY closed at $75.53 and the trade appears to roll out a
significant downside hedge, totaling 105,000 contracts or $792 million notional
value, in a view that the new lows are still possible into the spring, Schwartz
said.

He was in federal politics too short a time to get a grip on who’s who. So he does/tries two things. He recalls the people in the Clinton administration and tries to bring them back, or he takes a guess, with some coming unstuck.
