My formula
Zero percent yielding treasuries + additional upcoming interest cut + Obama infrastructure money drop =’s a weakening dollar =’s higher commodity prices.
Which may/should equate to higher stock prices in the near term.
From a technical perspective, it appears the Dow and S&P are consolidating below the 50 MA which is fairly bullish. If we have multiple failures to break above the 50ma, it may be worth going short. Otherwise its best to stay long unless the Dow breaks 8500 and/or the S&P breaks 870ish.
