Are you insinuating that, at this point, we’re only at “the national anthem” rather than the “third inning” of the current bank supercycle?
MVIS and VG are defensive stocks, they do well in any environment.
I do not like the turn MVIS has made. There is a big delay and I do not believe there is much upside to the stock.
With that being said, I will sell my whole position, just prior to CES.

Longbow Research analyst Alton Stump said sales growth was 1 percent to 2 percent year over year. In the few months before July, Stump noted, sales had been growing by about 2 percent to 3 percent.
Soft drink demand was weak in July because of flat sales at convenience and grocery stores and tepid reaction from consumers to new products launched since the beginning of the year

Clearly Fannie Mae (FNM) and Freddie Mac (FRE) cannot finance themselves. That’s why Hank and Co. are using our dough to put themselves in the catbird seat.
Many of the regionals are already in this boat as I have mentioned countless times.
But I never thought it would be AIG (AIG). Its paper is all trading at +600-625 to Treasuries.
And considering how underwater everyone who bought the last time around is, I openly wonder if the company is solvent. It clearly has no handle on its balance sheet.
So I vote AIG as the disaster no one saw coming.
