Tough call here. The markets enjoy good news and trade higher on bad news. The bears are crying foul over low volume while the bulls say volume does not matter.
As for the VIX…well the last time we were here we took a 15% dump. So what will make this market break ? Hopefully the Teflon coding will stick around for a while.
