The bears had every chance today to take this market lower, but they have failed to rally together. As a result they have lost their moxie.
The Euro can seemingly go to zero and U.S. markets seem to decouple. The markets would have tanked hard a few months ago with this type of Euro action.
Any way you can chalk up another win for the bulls; the bears have set the markets free from fear to soar like a ….
DOW down 13
NASDAQ up 8
S&P up .3

Yeah, this isn’t exactly a game of toss the coin where the bears have a limited time to take us lower or we rally to DOW 15,000.
Take a look at the volatility (not as measured by the VIX, that thing is useless) over the course of the last four to five months, then tell me all is well.
