First of all, don’t you have enough problems in America to not have to worry about everyone else’s? I mean its terrible, but the LRA are not exactly a new group. Somehow more war at a time when you are struggling to balance a budget doesn’t seem productive unless you subscribe to the Keynesian “broken window” theory.
