No, wait, he saved the oil companies a bundle of money, at the expense of the maritime shipping business.
Obviously, Obama hates the domestiic maritime shipping business, and is willing to use government regulation to beat them down. He is anti-business.
No, wait, he waived a regulation so that large oil orders didn’t have to be broken up into smaller shipments that domestic ships could handle, thereby making delivery of the oil cheaper and faster.
