He makes some decent points, but loses all credibility with his polemical tone and his refusal to place any opprobrium on the demographically unsupportable Ponzi schemes called Social Security and Medicare.
Medicaid is doable if you fix those other two, and because people are not being lied to about Medicaid. It’s spending for the poor, plain and simple. On the other hand, trying to put large solvent groups (like seniors, our wealthiest demographic group) under gov’t sinecure was and is a disaster waiting to happen. That disaster is unfolding now.
