Ineptitude & blind corruption is rampant in this country. Our tax dollars are going to watch dogs who ain’t watching. Iow, they’re getting paid and not doing what they’re paid to do.
Almost as if set up for the public’s eyes….so that failure to supervise can be blamed on a “underfunded” agency and take heat off any administration while crimes go unpunished.
