I wish the goat fuckers at NASDAQ would have taken CSCO down several notches, back in 2000, when its market cap was north of $500 billion. I am a big fan of reducing AAPL‘s weighting in the NASDAQ, down to 12% from 20%, because it’s the rational thing to do. As you all know, “The Fly” is a man of reason, democracy and certitude. It shouldn’t surprise you that I support rational decisions, so fuck off.
At any rate, it’s for the greater good and you will just have to deal with the short term volatility, as the dickless “peggers” sell AAPL and buy MSFT. Let the retards figure it out, while we smoke Cuban cigars and ballroom dance over small glasses of sherry.
China raised rates, which means commodity related stocks might take a hit. It’s a knee-jerk thing, often short lived. It’s worth mentioning, crack spreads are up again this morning.
The bottom line: the TI for NSM deal is very bullish for the supply/demand dynamics of this market. Take into account that those idiot chicom stocks are getting taken out back and shot, I reckon investors need a place to put their hot money. Despite what you may believe, the market internals are still robust and the dips should be purchased, until the moon explodes.

The market gives two shits and a goat of dubious sexuality about reality. All that matters is that there is buying power looking for a home. Just like in the bear crash, where everything was oversold to a ridiculous degree. All that mattered was that there were margin calls and stocks were a source of funds.
Are the fundamentals unsustainable? Absolutely. Will the music stop? Assuredly. Will coin be banked in the meantime? Definitely.
my only point is that imbalances will eventually be reconciled, and therefore one must be wary of that eventuality so as not to be murdered during that process….in the meantime, i am long while casting a suspicious eye around me.

Here it is…With TONS of Ore sitting on the India Ports, today the India Supreme Court RULED FINALY, with out any chance of Appeal for the MINERS and will end the eight month ban on Iron Ore out of India’s State of Karnatalka. India is the Third largest supplier of Ore. With Australian Dollar being at historical highs, IMHO this surge of Ore will not be bullish at all for spot Ore Prices and the Aussie Dollar
Plus it is SO cool that China Hiked Rates again too, they love to do this when their Markets go on Vacation. They come back tonight from holiday….I knew they would wait until after the RBA made their announcement.
Guess that would make it bullish for steel makers, no? Lower input costs.
China Rate Hike…not bullish. For Steel Makers, gossip is that a lot of the Steel Mills in China hid inventory last year because the China Govt was cracking down on Energy Saving/Pollution/cal it what you want and now the Mills are slipping in that inventory into their current numbers, if true they have way too much Steel. IMHO this will be bad for Australian Miners, which becomes bad for the Australian Dollar, which has US Hedge Funds selling everything commodity connected. Lets watch and see.
