The United States is purposely devaluing its dollar, at a minimum by its policies. However, the cynic in me believes there is something more to this decline. The entire program of the Fed is aimed directly at destroying the wealth of its citizenry, while relieving the debt burden of the government. Try traveling to Europe, then get back to me and say “the decline in the dollar does not interest me.”
Like the old Brits, it’s only a matter of time before the US loses reserve status. But don’t expect that to happen right away.
What you should expect, right away, is much higher commodity prices, especially those that trade on a global scale. The reason why natural gas blows is because we have lots of it. It is mainly a US story. Take a look at any other commodity, sans zinc, and there is reason to laugh and cry. Cotton at 140 year highs? Really?

It’s gonna be a real treat to see the soon to be elected republicans break all of their promises, over the next few years. Two bearish “megaphone tops” have failed in the SPY 60 min chart since September 24th. We are now working on invalidating a third.Ive never seen 3 megaphone patterns fail in consecutive order, while that closely interlinked.We should be at or near major SPY top–right here. Next major downside targets are 1150, then 1130.
But, before that , we have some lesser volume profile support levels to go through
