The market is overbought right now IMO. I have been saying that for three weeks now and have been wrong, so be it. Unemployment is continuing to rise. Unemployment rate will go to double digits soon. There are a lot of people who have not been able to get a job in a year and their unemployment payments are expiring. WTF are they going to do. Surely there will be a lot more foreclosures, and not these will not be foreclosures of speculators investment properties, it will be families getting the boot. Remember over something like almost 60% of the modified mortgages re-defaulted. I don’t know if we will see panic like November and October, but there will be a retest of the lows. Maybe not a cascade down but a slow grind down. People will go into survival mode. If they would have let the shitty, lying, cocksucking bankers go under and then other healthy banks, weather it be regionals or small banks pick up the pieces, The bottom would have been hit and things would be getting better. But they had to give money to bailout the billionare bankers. Our money!
