I booked gains in KNDI today, and bought March Calls in NOV.
I took stock positions in PLUG and GNVC, and I am watching AAPL and GERN here.

URG is roaring today, finally caught up to my URZ. Not options or insane 1000% gainers, but kind of proud I picked them out myself back in December when I started my online trading account.

Thought is was going to continue into the aversion phase. I like the space long-term, but this 18% run since the beginning of the month seemed a bit much.
High volume selling in the early morning gave me an impression of backfilling before the trend continues.
I like to here how others think on a trade.
I don’t have much input on the particular trade… But if I had to, I would’ve waited a week or two and probably went long.
I would like this to pull back about a week or so as well. The miners look good, and my thesis is that we need aversion soon before we head too much higher. I’m clearly wrong so far, however. This wants higher.

no expert here, but I’d rather wait till more price action occurs up near 12, before doing anything…with the pocket being above 12. expect some resistance at 12.

While ‘the market’ has succombed to lower prices, VIPS appears to have found some support at 110. We’ll see if this holds into the bell…earnings the 3rd, perhaps this is a day behind in rallying like YY did today.

FSLR screwed up everytime on earnings.. losing all my gains for feb 🙁
setbacks aren’t fun, prabz, but what’s happened has happened. Tomorrow is a new day, you get a fresh start. and whether its a month from now or a few months from now, someday this will just look like a little bloop on your record…it will be insignificant.

This is why I completely gave up EVER playing earnings. Not worth the risk or stress. I’d rather just move on to the next setup rather than place pure gambles on an event. It seems like most stocks trade down on earnings anymore. If anything buy puts or do covered calls on earnings plays.
Maybe I’ll get a new entry in FSLR after all..

Just watched the video and I like the retail plays. I’m pretty spread out in the energy sector already so I’m done adding to those positions. I like to combine rotation and plays with Unusual Options Activity. The Teen retailer calls were bought pretty hard today. Here they are…
URBN – APR and MAR $36 calls
AEO – APR $15 & APR $17 calls
ANF – MAR 14 $36 calls and Mar 22 $36, $37, $37 calls
I will try to get an entry point into AEO and ANF where I can tomorrow.

zagg getting nice reaction to earnings. long term turnaround might be in play. zero debt and stock repurchase bode well for this stock that has long been forgotten and tossed aside.
Damn, should have played ARO options. Up 7% in pre-market. There were a ton of April calls purchased. A day late and a dollar short.
