plain and simple we are destined to be mired in a new kind of ‘flation, flopflation. The overriding background forces are deflationary, but governments fight it.
Buy government action, sell the big inflationary rallies when everybody is talking about oil hitting 200 and stuff…
…because it can’t. the economy isn’t strong enough to deal with mega commodity prices and as such those run ups will lead to, drum roll…
a deflationary panic.
I read that somewhere too, but can’t locate it now.
This doesn’t mean we don’t get a rally for a week or two before we roll over.
