ALMOST A YEAR LATER, UP 300% ON ETHEREUM, STILL GOING

When I posted in Feb of last year my intention to buy ETH every single month like paying a bill, I suspected ETH would soar the coming year. Aside from what it represents, which is a parallel monetary system, I never viewed it as an investment — but instead currency diversification. I made up my mind to buy for 36mos, keeping the same dollar allocation the whole time, every month, without trying to market time. While it’s true, had I gone all in at $230 instead of staggering my buys over the year, I’d be up more now. But this made me feeeeeeel better — because cryptos are new to me and I really only specialize in equities.

It all started when I was a boy…

Oh fuck off. This isn’t an origin story on how I did it. The fucking planet is a mess and BTC-ETH is pure populism. Just buy it and get back to me in two years.

I will not sell a single ETH coin for the next 25mos. I will only buy. If it drops 50% I will be pleased. Ultimately, this is a very new experiment in finance and the upside is tremendous. I’m not a crypto guru, just a person who knows trends and how to spot something big early. I think ETH trades to record highs above $1500 in 2021, and within 2 yrs $3,000. Anything more would surprise me.

I’ll be trading light today, as this is New Year’s eve and I have to make it to Times Square to pack tightly together with fellow citizens, in the cold, to watch an electric ball drop.

Just kidding, no one is allowed to do anything. Plus anyway, I’m here in NC where we watch a BBQ rib turn on the grill to usher in the New Year.

It was a hard year for everyone, but at least we made a fuckload of meaningless paper money, eh? Deaths in the family, depression running rampant, freedoms restricted, yet money wasn’t anything to worry about because stocks soared to record highs and cryptos exploded even higher.

No predictions for 2021. They’re always wrong. Within the next year I expect to change my mind a million times about the market. That’s my super hero power.

I’m closing out the year with gains I could only dream of before, even greater than what I did during the dot com era. My trading changed drastically thanks to the tools I created in Stocklabs, which will launch within weeks. I promise. I daytrade mostly now and I haven’t looked at a chart in months, not even once. There’s no need when trading algorithms.

But it was an extremely accommodative year and I’d be naive to believe I was unique in being able to trade well. All of the members of Exodus brought their A game in 2020. We fought thru the mud and guts, stared into the black abyss and then ate sandwiches and bought SPACs. It was a most retarded year.

I was supposed to lose coin — but I turned it around in about a dozen day trades — maybe more. I do not care anymore. Come inside Exodus and see for yourself. We cannot be stopped. I spit on the stock Gods. I can do this shit with my eyes closed. Best market ever.

Here we do. Let’s lay down some facts. We’re spending more than ever. Under Trumpski, US debt soared ~$10 trillion. Under Biden, I expect an equal or even greater number. This is the end game — the final salvo into irrelevancy. Like Rome, the barbarian hordes have overrun us. Our demise is happening much quicker thanks in large part of globalization. But do not worry lads — there is always a way to escape the dark winter.

The dollar is heading lower.

I cannot stress this enough. The key beneficiaries of a weak dollar are multi-nationals, foreign stocks, and of course foreign companies that produce commodities. Corn is on a 33 year record run now. Weaker dollar means a run higher in commodities. The farm play might come back. But the easy money, dare I say, is in gold.

The stupid yellow metal stocks are down 10% the past 3 mos. But look at the seasonality for the top rated gold miner in Exodus for January.

By the close of trading today, ahead of NYE, I will own several miners. Also, and this goes without saying, I will continue to buy ETH and perhaps begin to explore other inflation sensitive plays, particularly in the farming space.

Every brief turn lower, Le Fly donates his coin to the Gods via TZA and other inverse ETFs in order to satiate their craven appetite and to cleanse himself in the eyes of Zeus. I’ve done that now, losing 5% in two bearish ETF’, but now I’m ready to start gobbling coin again.

I’m presently down 94bps and will not attempt to trade out of it until after 1pm. I did make several purchases and I do like the tape, but day trades often fall flat from 11-1 and I really don’t expect much until then.

Long term, I like BABA off the highs and anything that appears doomed except ripple.

I woke up to losses and felt the need to do nothing — staring into the black abyss with downside pin action at 180bps. After I walked the fucking dogs and made some coffee, I then decided to partake in a little superman action. I was genuinely concerned about the new members of Exodus and how they might’ve been getting raped without SuperMan Fly patrolling the area for bad guys.

I entered back into the tape at 1pm with the goal of saving the day!

The events that occurred after that post is for the history books, nothing less than grandiose magnificence.

I closed out the session another winner — +40bps, cementing into my mind that I literally cannot lose now that I am using Stocklabs full time. I can honestly say, the tools that I have built into SL has made me an exponentially better day trader. I was always good — but now it’s perverse. Only myself and two others have access — one being Ragin Cajun. Since starting it with a small account — he’s up over 1,000%.

As for the timeline of its launch: soon.

You should expect to blow up in the midst of a frenzied bull run. It goes with the territory. Consider yourselves to be ‘collateral damage’, part and parcel of big time living in a big time tape. With so many different variables whirring to and fro, it’s only a matter of time when one of the sour one’s, one of the really bad one’s, catches up to you and cracks you asunder.

Now your knee jerk reaction is to of course margin out your account MAXIMUS! and buy TSLA calls. Normally that would work. Let me warn you against said actions barreling dick first into the New Year’s.

See on the first week of every new year, a ritualistic period of renewal, a tone is set for the balance of the year. Colloquially, it’s called “The January Effect”, but it’s more or less a trend that often sticks dependent upon the first week of January. I recall quite vividly, as I was 300% short back then, Jan of 2008 and how everyone was sucking each other’s dicks in December, urinating into the faces of short sellers, declaring “THE HOUSING MARKET MIGHT GO BUST BUT STOCKS WILL STILL TRADE UP.” All of that ended the first week of 2008, as short sellers leaned in and cut off the dicks of all of the longs — preparing them and packing them in their freezers, in order to eat them for the balance of the year.

I’m not saying you’re being set up to become a loin chop in someone else’s freeze next week — but it certainly can happen!

HOLA CHICOS!

Senior Mosca made a respectable 1.45% today, pulling off a late day 30 second +11% gambit to close out an otherwise solid session. All of my other accounts were fucking trashed — but I escaped those pangs of horror through sheer wit and determination. I am, see, the world’s greatest trader — psychic even. Ask people inside Exodus and then can attest to this unbelievable fact. I am, dare I say, a Carnivale Act of extreme interest. People come to see me display acts of greatness and astonishment and I rarely disappoint.

Perhaps it’s all an aberration and God knows I am expecting to be tied to the gibbet and lashed to my death at some point along my narrative.

¡QUE MALA!

As it happens, company is stopping by today and we’ll go play some tennis and then dinner. People will ask about what I do and I’ll simply say “Magician.” I can never teach it. I can only show it to you.

This isn’t the most accommodative tape. But my trading prowess, extreme skill of the first order, is, yet again, keeping the lights on at House Fly.

Overall, my gains are still at around 1.1%, hitting a high of 2% about an hour ago. I can honestly tell you I feel this tape is filled with shit and I have no interest in allocating more than 50% of my cash here. Barreling into the New Year’s with all of the fuckery largesss, it’s very likely the market will be executed during the coming days to come — leaving all of you in a most forlorn state of abject misery. I venture to profit from your demise and will relish with great vigor the days when I purchase your margin liquidation at bargain prices.

There will always be trading and my powers increase with ferocity each and every day that passes. At some point, the Robinhood cadre of indiscriminate morons will be ripped to shreds by hungry wolves — flesh peeled out their faces and lit on fire. Until then, I remain humble in the tall weeds, eagerly, waiting for a face to peel.

Due to the run in cryptos, ETH now above $730, we are seeing a generous run higher in crypto derivative stocks, 20-60% daily gains. On the other hands, everything else is crashing thru the fucking floorboards, except SPACs of course.

I sense this will continue for the balance of the session. There is an acute perversion in the market that needs flushing out. Ergo, I’ll be raising cash, playing what’s running, taking fast profits and losses. However, for my longer term accounts I am not concerned. These squalls come and go. If the market continues lower I’ll get to buy more at cheaper prices in January. My trading account, however, is a different animal and I’ll be micro managing it best I can.

Thus far, I’m up 1.2% intra day, hammered by 1.4% in long term.
