I cannot teach you a god damned thing because markets are dynamic and today’s rules aren’t tomorrows. What I can tell you for sure is that my success is directly correlated to the person I was born to be.
See pal, you can live to 500 years old and still not trade as good as me. The idea that you could, for example, match what I do on a long term horizon is fallacy. Lucky for you, I am an idiot and quit money management in 2017 in order to dedicate my life to trading with jackasses inside Stocklabs for a fraction of the money I used to make. Do not feel melancholy for me, as I somehow find ways to eek out a living — selling mugs here, perhaps a book or two there.
As for the tape, dreadfully optimistic! It seems anything can happen, so I opted for a blend of longs and shorts, nothing too aggressive — as I am pre-dispositioned to believe the market will fall and fall again, once people start to stop believing in all of the bullshit of recovery and summer rallies.
