We tried to stave off calamity as long as we could — but now the ball is rolling downhill and there is nothing more to do other than get out of the way. I took heinous losses for the session, down 1.9% — but agreeably went to 80% cash and now I am in view only mode, as I watch utilities and REITs outperform in a market menaced by the great COVID scare. It’s going to get you, one way or another. Fat people on suicide watch. Persons with diabetes best to hide inside of their closets. People who have NOT vaccinated but have taken to social media to be ANTI-VAXX should be frightened — for the karmic Gods work in ironic ways. Next thing you know, Le Fly is dead from COVID.

On my death bed, my last words into a CNN mic will be “your mother’s cunt.” I am fully prepared to perish in the COVID fires and also take scores of elderly with me. The notion of a vaccine into my bloodstream is something quite foreign to me. As a baby I took vaccines — but I shall never take one as an adult. However, I would strongly consider it, for example, should the BLACK FUNGUS start to spread. I do not care what the vaccine looks like — I am likely to inject myself with it in order to stave off the Black Fungus.

To put it plainly, me not taking the vaccine for COVID is like not wanting to wear a helmet whilst cycling. Sure, it might be a good idea — but it sucks and there isn’t a lot of traffic around here and I am quite convinced I can survive the bicycle without splitting my brain in half.

Markets are doomed — but there might be an opportunity to play some COVID related stocks. I am starting the day late and need time to settle the fuck in.
