Over the weekend, Trump surprised markets by threatening in a Twitter post that he would significantly raise American levies on Chinese goods — with a first increase this coming Friday, and another “shortly.”

I don’t know about the link to trauma in these leaders that he postulates, but his is an interesting theory and he is a very smart guy. Indeed, most Americans preferred having an urbane black guy serve up the slaughter that we dish out – – over a crass orange pussy grabber doing the same. MSM/establishment know that optics matter and that Americans want to be able to think well of themselves, even as they do evil.
