Got Two More #Chain Plays

In addition to bagging 8 points in OSTK, I’ve got a runner in LEDS. Most in Exodus sold out — but I am holding for higher prices. With my proceeds, I bought two crypto proxies, both Chinese. Both of which come from resident trader, TGiR.

CNET and PPDF

The CNET trade is fairly ordinary. Low float squeeze higher into momentum. Maybe I can snatch a quick 300%.

Over with PPDF, apparently, there is a press release in Chinese that alludes to blockchain activity. Did someone say The Chain?

Here is the article. Anyone who reads Chinese please tell me if this is BS or not.

With PPDF, the stock is extremely thin and there is smooth sailing up into the double digits should it get going here.

This guy on ZH pretty much sums up my sentiments:

“I think the thing that makes me doubt bitcoins the most is found by looking at the different types of people attracted to the phenomenon. I don’t see prudent people with a history of hard work and wise decisions that have resulted in a significant net worth. Winning gamblers exiting a casino or lottery winners on TV all have money, but they are nobody to emulate.

I see twenty-somethings who haven’t done anything yet and see it as a way to avoid working and saving.

I see older people who had money but lost it for some reason, mostly from poor choices in their lives. They are looking at bitcoin as a Hail Mary play to fix everything.

Another group is people who don’t fit into society. Most of them want to but society doesn’t want them. They see bitcoin as a way to stick it to the society that rejected them. These people never have any money.

I see the run-of-the-mill get-rich-quick type who has chased many rainbows in their lives.

There is a certain odor that emanates from these people. I first smelled it in the Eighties at a hotel where Tom Vu was pitching his “seminars”. I went to see who was going there, not to see Mr. Vu. This odor can be sniffed at large Amway and Primerica rallies.

It’s not the math and science and algorithms behind the product that scared me off, it’s the crowd that is being attracted. I see very few people in that crowd that I would want to be.”
