Former Breitbart Employee Says Bannon Firing ‘The Worst Nightmare’ for Globalists

Investigative journalist and former Breitbart employee, Lee Stranahan, offered a quick quip on today’s news that Bannon has resigned from the White House, suggesting that Steve would ‘unleash the beast’ through his online publication and call out those working against the Trump agenda in the White House.

Stranahan has been a long time loyalist to Bannon and ardent opponent to several people inside Trump’s White House, namely McMaster, Powell and Cohn. The theory he’s putting forth is that Bannon will have more power outside the White House than inside. While that might be true for Steve, I fail to see how fomenting more internal strife inside the Trump White House will be constructive at this point.

Nevertheless, it’s about to get real interesting soon.

Good point. Bannon was close to the beast, even though not close enough to see its satanic guts, yet should have enough insight to expose the inner workings in the WH. Unless he was forced to sign an NDA…you know, “national security” and all that BS.

Sarc – There’s a confluence of issues going on here. Bannon was useful during the campaign, but running a campaign and running a government take different sets of skills and experience. I’m not sure that Bannon ever had a clearly defined role in the White House and I’ve also gained the impression that he is best equipped for analysis but maybe not solutions. Some people just aren’t so equipped. And truly he is a nationalist but his views can be quite left leaning – ie higher taxes, for example. So I have mixed feelings about him.

And so far it appears that it does not matter who is around Trump, he is determined to keep his promises to the people.

Perhaps that’s what Stranahan was getting at after all … Bannon being more damaging to globalists with his accurate analysis of WH inner workings and red-pilling peasants via Breitbart than a shitty problem solver in the WH.

What I don’t get is Robert Mercer’s role. Breitbart would not exist without Mercer; Mercer was the largest donor to Trump’s campaign. Bannon, Conway and Gorka are all from Mercer’s team. Trump and Bannon will coordinate with Mercer, you can be sure. There is a lot more going on behind the scenes. I just don’t buy this idea that Breitbart and Bannon will sudden go Medieval on the White House, but who knows?

Mercer funds anti climate change organizations, anti liberal press organizations, and big data AI research organizations. His views and Trump’s appear to dovetail completely.

Bannon was the boogeyman who people blamed when Trump did or said something stupid. Now with Rumpled Man gone, the public will see that it was Trump all the while. Until someone Gorilla tapes the manboy’s mouth, nothing will change. Bannon will go on to stir the pot, decrying globalism and administration officials with money from Mercer and other rich dudes. Globalism is bad.. except when it enriches himself and his friends. just another loudmouth..
