Remember when I warned about potential geo-political events disrupted this rally, one or two posts ago? Well, the market seems to believe this Trump Jr.-Russian meeting story has legs. Stocks just dumped out after Tim Kaine announced the Russian investigation might include treason.
In response to the NY Times reporting on the matter, Don Trump Jr. just released his entire email thread. The one damning aspect of these emails, especially in this anti-Russian environment, is the part where it says the Russian government supported Trump. This is likely to cause a new round of seizures on the left.

It comes as no surprise that Russia wanted Trump to win. Hillary wanted war with Russia and Russia did not want to go to war with the US. So saying that Russia supports a Trump victory and was willing to share incriminating evidence against Hillary makes a lot of sense.
If Russia did indeed provide incriminating evidence against Hillary, let’s see it. Seems to me that any evidence of wrongdoing on the part of Hillary will be worse for her than Don Jr since even obtaining information from Russia to help with the campaign is not illegal.
…and the media spaz about how the info that Don Jr got “had to have been gotten from Russian spying on the US” seems to be contradicted by these emails. The emails talk of Russians providing evidence of Russians’ dealings with Clinton …no need to spy on the US to find out what Russians did if that’s the case – eh?
