Priebus: The President Is Eyeing Changes to Press Laws

Thanks CNN fake news. In an effort to fight the scourge of ‘fake news’, the President is eyeing making changes to the libel laws, which would target news agencies with lawsuits for publishing fake news. Some of you on the right might be celebrating this now, considering that there is just one center right leaning network and zero relevant newspapers on the right. By placing a standard, which would be enforced by a ‘Fake News” Tsar, the government will, essentially, eliminate freedom of the press.

“I think it’s something that we’ve looked at,” Trump’s Chief of Staff Reince Priebus told ABC’s “This Week” when asked whether the President was “eyeing” changes to “press laws.”

“How that gets executed or whether that goes anywhere is a different story,” he said.

Let’s lay out the scenario that led us to this ebb tide.

-Bullshit news regarding the President being pissed on by Russian hookers and a constant barrage of fake Trump-Russian ties drive the right in-fucking-sane. Something must be done.

-Bullshit news claiming Obama was born into a CIA family, cavorted with radical preachers in Chicago, secretly gay, and married to a transvestite with ties to radical Islam drives the left in-fucking-sane. Something must be done.

A request is made. Please punish CNN fake news. Please stop the NY Times. Fox can’t keep getting away with it.

The government stands up for the people and changes the press laws, opening the media up to massive lawsuits by the DOJ.

Net result: Everyone gets fucked. But only the establishment media will have the resources to defend against the lawsuits. Competition dissipates to nothing. The government propaganda outlets continue to publish ‘fake news’, but without independent journalists to check their bullshit.

Public lie detector tests would be incredible. The internet and tv media would probably disappear over night though. Might be the most patriotic thing this country has ever done.

Next the President will build a wall causing all true “melting pot” Americans to suicide off said wall. In protest over the lack of Heroin sold on every corner. Prepare for all out Fascism. ABC said so.

Well if Trump does this, I suppose it will be just one more way of catering to crony capitalist welfare queens– in this case, big corporate media. Getting rid of their small competitors, as Fly says. Since his whole administration is about catering to crony capitalist welfare queens, this could fit right in, if he decides to do it.

However, Trump calls things lies when they make him look bad– not when they are untrue. So it would be better for him if he didn’t carry this out, because he would end up looking even more like a fool than he does now, if that is possible.

Judges in courts of law are unlikely to define lies as “statements that make Trump look bad.” Many true statements make Trump look bad, since he is incompetent at everything except sales, and telling certain types of people–his supporters– what they want to hear. A president who is incompetent at the major tasks of the presidency just looks bad, no matter what you do.

Since 6 Giant Corporations Control The Media, no doubt they will lobby to write their own new laws that suit their agenda:

Well, there is nothing Trump loves more than giant corporations, so if they ask for anything, they will probably get it from him.

I always find it so amusing when the left calls Trump incompetent. Makes me wonder where on that scale does cankles Clinton rank for totally getting owned by his campaign. And don’t give me any of this MUH Russians bullshit. That fucking bitch was more connected to the Russians than any of them.

Somehow cannot see how this would become law … but then again?

If it passes, however, news websites and lesser news agencies would have to proclaim they are publishing ‘satire’ or in Alex Jones’ case: ‘performance art’.

Surely this is what many of you’ve been wanting. The truth comes from POTUS and POTUS alone. Get used to it.
