Are You Still Degenerating Yourselves With Leveraged ETFs?

Are any of you still bluepilled on Leveraged ETNs? Are river boat gambling out there, cigar in mouth puffing furiously, with sweaty burrowed brows — waiting for the next 90% 3 day move?

I remember once playing weekly options on a leveraged ETN and thinking I’d have a heart attack watching the fucker, crash and splash higher — meandering the market stupidly without purpose.

Here are today’s gamble crap shot winners in the Exodus ETF database. I’m interested to know if you’re still blowing your little accounts up in these death knells.

Long UBIO from 23.70 with 30% of assets. Barreling towards the sun, nothing can go wrong.

I traded one for the first time the other day. Always made it a point to stay away from those things.
Anyways, I bought JNUG and got smoked. I felt like I was having a constant heart attack for three days I was holding it. I’d wake up all night and check the futures and gold. It was bad.

    Never again dude, EVER.

Jan 2016 rolled the dice on 100 JDST at $16 thinking no way miners can keep ripping. Through May JNUG ripped to $80 or something like that. JDST reverse split and I had 8 shares at $20. Sold and said fuck this never again. Haven’t since.

What has showtime been saying since the week following the election… … …

“Trump Trade” Or Just A $200 Billion Liquidity Illusion? Since the election we’ve heard the rally in stocks characterized as a “Trump Trade” http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-08/trump-trade-or-massive-liquidity-illusion

Let’s start an ETF that shorts these 3x inverse ETNs. Ticker symbol:LOL. Then let’s start an ETF that shorts 3x long ETNS. Ticker symbol:WUT.

If you want to bet on a bullish move you can either buy the short the 3x short ETN LOL or you can go short the short the 3x long ETN WUT… Alternatively if you want to bet on a bearish move you can either buy the short the 3x long ETN WUT or you can go short the short the 3x short ETN LOL.

Then we can start a fund that gets long these with 2x and 3x leverage tickers:LMAO and WTF.

Weekly options far more toxic IMO…. leveraged ETF’s don’t go to zero every week

    “sweaty burrowed brows” —

I think you either meant furrowed or beetled brows and sort of did a mash. Sorry, you so rarely need an editor, that when stuff pops out at me, I feel compelled.
