The 9th circuit court of appeals rejected Trump’s attempt to reimplement the immigration ban. The judge who made the ruling has been in the news before, by essentially, making a pro BLM statement in another ruling this past summer.

Trump’s claim to being “pro-active” with these banning policies is hypocritical – he ran largely on the basis of being in “opposition” to the invasion of Iraq, which was in itself a “pro-active” war. Trump will undoubtedly “pro-actively” get us involved in something dire. His first “covert operation” two weeks in was a complete failure resulting in the death of a marine – it was an operation that Obama denied on the basis intel shortcomings.
This judge has put the people of bowling greens safety at risk.
