In a WSJ interview published last night, Trump complained over the strong dollar and then his advisor, Anthony Scaramucci, said we needed an independent Fed — firing warning salvos across our outrageously stupid hawkish Fed.
“Our companies can’t compete with them now because our currency is too strong. And it’s killing us,” Trump told The Journal, referring to competition from China.

About 20% of the American population is going to have ruling power over the other 80%, for a while. The 5 intelligence agencies, and tons of other groups of people, are likely coming up with plans to attempt to change that.
Actually, Trump and the band of crony capitalists in his cabinet will have control over the other 99+ percent of us. Trump’s supporters were voting for “change” and “an Eff You vote to the establishment.” I doubt that they are going to get the kind of change they want.
So perhaps no one will be happy– not even Trump and his cabinet who will experience lots of resistance and conflicts, as they well should. If you hold Obama personally responsible for crime in Chicago, then you must hold Trump personally responsible for all crime in New York City.
I know that the Right Wing has a hard time finding enough things to blame Obama for, in their constant efforts at liberal bashin. But to personally blame him for the crime in Chicago is ridiculous.

It will be obvious to everyone that Frog was right, once Trump is in office for a while. The man is unstable emotionally and unlikely to do much good, and very likely to do harm. Just because someone is not a politician does not mean they will do a good job in public office. In fact, it most often probably means that the person will be clueless about how to do the duties of a public office well.
Ill sell you a bag full of options at that probability. I can’t think of a more foolish bet.
