The popular vote is utterly meaningless in hindsight. Now if the rules of the game said YOU MUST WIN POPULAR VOTE, then it’d mean something.
In other words, if Trump needed to stack votes, he’d spend his time down south and Texas doing it. The way our process works is that it gives all states a voice, which is why we have an electoral college.
This way California doesn’t get to elect all of our Presidents.
I believe hillary won more votes than Obama during the first primary they ran against each other. The popular vote means nothing. The founding fathers created the electoral college so that the smaller states would not be overwhelmed by a few larger states. Pretty damn brilliant of the old guys to create a system that has survived over 200 years.

Voting machine fraud was also likely rampant. But it can never be proven, because voting machine software is considered a trade secret by law, and so if the software is written to count the vote wrong, so as to make the favored candidate of the voting machine company win, no one is ever allowed to find out.

There is no possibility of fraud as far as I can see.
There are however, many election workers in the Southeast corner of the state who cannot count.
The recount in Michigan was not pursued because it was quickly becoming apparent that Ol’ Hill would have lost by a much larger margin than published due to inaccuracies in the poll closing documents filled in by the election workers themselves.
This does not constitute fraud or Russian hacking but rather the woeful lack of intelligence by poll workers who in those regions of the state are hand picked by their parties.
The fact the vote tally was rapidly going downHILL (pun intended) shows that the mistakes and errors were probably made by workers affiliated with the Democratic party.

In Michigan, which I assume you reference as a GOP run swing state, the only place where audits revealed voter tallies weren’t matching retained records was Wayne County.
Wayne County contains Detroit and went for Clinton at a margin of more than 2-1.
This was a fairly random drawn sampling of counties, since it comes as quickly as they could audit before Stein’s retarded campaign to exclude us from the December electoral college tally was shot down.
