Shocker that the Clinton News Network should come to this conclusion, in spite of the wide spread opinion that Trump beat her like a Mexican piñata.

TEFLON DON
Without question, Trump pulled a rabbit out of his ass tonight, displaying an incredible amount of discipline in staying on the offense. The ‘lewd comments’ scandal lasted no more than 5 minutes and the pivotal part of the debate was when he promised to see to it that she go to jail, should he become President.
Frankly, I thought he was going to get crushed tonight. He started off poorly, appeared to be very nervous and downtrodden. But as the debate went on, and his confidence increased, Trump made it clear that he was up for the fight and ended up winning very easily.
Amazing how she couldn’t put him away.
Trump threatens gaol for Hillary.
Funny moment comparing her to Honest Abe.
According to my Twitter followers, upwards of 75% of people think Trump won tonight.

LIVE THREAD: “The Fly” Hosts the Presidential Rumble #Debate
Let’s get this party started.
Comments »Kuroda Delays End of QE for the Fifth Time in the Past Three Years
They are going, mind you, to control the yield curve. Unfortunately, none of Kuroda’s BOJ schemes have worked, thus far. As such, he’s delaying an end to their QE program for the fifth time over the past three years. Also, he’s promising even MOAR stimulus — because he’s an animal.
Governor Haruhiko Kuroda gave the clearest signal yet that the Bank of Japan may postpone the forecast date for achieving its 2 percent inflation target to 2018, even with economic growth set to accelerate next year.
“It may take slightly more months to reach the 2 percent inflation rate” than the current forecast to hit it in the coming fiscal year, Kuroda said in an interview with Bloomberg Television’s Francine Lacqua on the sidelines of an annual gathering of finance chiefs in Washington. “We have to carefully study all relevant statistics before we review the forecast. So we may change, we may not change.”
“We will continue or even strengthen our monetary easing in coming months and years to achieve 2 percent inflation,” Kuroda said in the interview recorded Saturday, during which he questioned the value of the idea of buying foreign bonds, and declined to specify whether the BOJ would sell Japanese government securities as part of its new yield-curve targeting policy.
This would be the fifth delay to the price target since Kuroda launched his stimulus campaign more than three years ago. Even so, “the economy is likely to accelerate,” Kuroda said. Expanded fiscal spending from Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s administration will help get Japan’s economic growth rate to about 1.5 percent next year, from around 1 percent this year, he said.
While Kuroda said he’s confident the policy to control the yield curve will succeed, there may be times when rates miss the target. “I don’t say that we can completely control the 10-year interest rate,” he said. “But from our experience, we can basically influence and manage the long-term interest rate to be around zero percent.”
What does this mean for traders? Probably nothing. More of the same, constant and persistent rigging of markets — which end up going nowhere.
Comments »#PodestaEmails Reveals Talk of Extraterrestrial Life and ‘Zero Point Energy’
This is, by far, the oddest email sent to Mr. J. Podesta. I have no idea what to make of this, other than to conclude that Mr. Podesta is a victim of spam email.
Subject: email for John Podesta c/o Eryn re Space Treaty
Dear John, Because the War in Space race is heating up, I felt you should be aware of several factors as you and I schedule our Skype talk. Remember, our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth. They will not tolerate any forms of military violence on Earth or in space. The following information in italics was shared with me by my colleague Carol Rosin, who worked closely for several years with Wernher von Braun before his death. Carol and I have worked on the Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, attached for your convenience.NEW GREAT NEWS: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Ahsan Iqbal proposed cooperation in space technology between Pakistan and China as part of the historic declaration, saying it will take the Pak-China relations to new heights.
We’re arguably closer than ever to war in space. Most satellites orbiting Earth belong to the U.S., China and Russia. And recent tests of anti-satellite weapons don’t exactly ease the scare factor. It sounds like science fiction, but the potential for real-life star wars is real enough. It’s just not new. Fears of battles in space go back to the Cold War and several initiatives, like President Reagan’s “Star Wars” missile-defense system. Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work spoke to Congress in June about the threat. He said during a speech the technology the U.S. developed during the Cold War allows it “to project more power, more precisely, more swiftly, at less cost.” Take a moment to think about everything satellites do. GPS, surveillance and communications all depend on them. And the Scientific American notes you can disable satellites without missiles. Simply spray-painting lenses or breaking antennas is enough. President Obama requested $5 billion for space defense in the 2016 fiscal budget.
And a former Air Force officer told the Scientific American most of the United States’ capabilities in space have been declassified to send a clear message: There are no rules for war in space.

And here is another one.
Dear John, As 2015 unfolds, I understand you are leaving the Administration in February. It is urgent that we agree on a date and time to meet to discuss Disclosure and Zero Point Energy, at your earliest available after your departure. My Catholic colleague Terri Mansfield will be there too, to bring us up to date on the Vatican’s awareness of ETI. Another colleague is working on a new Space Treaty, citing involvement with Russia and China.
However with Russia’s extreme interference in Ukraine, I believe we must pursue another route for peace in space and ZPE on Earth. I met with President Obama’s Honolulu childhood friend, US Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto on July 4 at the US Mission in Geneva, when I was able to tell her briefly about zero point energy. I believe we can enlist her as a confidante and resource in our presentation for President Obama. I appreciate Eryn’s assistance in working with Terri to set up our meeting.
Best regards, Edgar Edgar D. Mitchell,

What is Zero Point Energy?
Via Wikipedia
Comments »Zero-point energy (ZPE) is the lowest possible energy that a quantum mechanical system may have i.e. it is the energy of the system’s ground state. Zero-point energy can have several different types of context e.g. it may be the energy associated with the ground state of an atom, a subatomic particle or even the quantum vacuum itself.
In classical mechanics all particles can be thought of as having some energy made up of their potential energy and kinetic energy. Temperature arises from the intensity of random particle motion caused by kinetic energy (brownian motion). As temperature is reduced to absolute zero, it might be thought that all motion ceases and particles come completely to rest. In fact, however, kinetic energy is retained by particles even at the lowest possible temperature. The random motion corresponding to this zero-point energy never vanishes as a consequence of the uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics.[1]
The uncertainty principle states that no object can ever have precise values of position and velocity simultaneously. The total energy of a quantum mechanical object (potential and kinetic) is described by its Hamiltonian which also describes the system as a wave function that oscillates between various energy states (see wave-particle duality). All quantum mechanical systems undergo fluctuations even in their ground state a consequence of their wave-like nature. The uncertainty principle requires every quantum mechanical system to have a fluctating zero-point energy greater than the minimum of its classical potential well. This results in motion even at absolute zero. For example, liquid helium does not freeze under atmospheric pressure at any temperature because of its zero-point energy.
Given the equivalence of mass and energy expressed by Einstein’s E = mc2, any point in space that contains energy must be able to create particles. Virtual particles spontaneously flash into existence at every point in space due to the energy of quantum fluctuations caused by the uncertainty principle. Quantum field theory treats every point of space as a quantum harmonic oscillator. Recent experiments advocate the idea that particles themselves can be thought of as excited states of the underlying quantum vacuum, and that all properties of matter are merely vacuum fluctuations arrising from interactions with the zero-point field. [2]
Physics currently lacks a full understanding of how zero-point radiation works, in particular the discrepancy between theorized and observed vacuum energy is a source of major contention.[3][4] Physicists John Wheeler and Richard Feynman calculated the zero-point radiation of the vacuum to be an order of magnitude greater then nuclear energy, with one teacup containing enough to boil all the world’s oceans[5] while experimental evidence from both the expansion of the universe and the Casimir effect show any such force to be exceptionally weak. This discrepancy is known as the vacuum catastrophe.
Despite these issues, the topic is central to many important areas of physics; active areas of research include the effects of virtual particles,[6] quantum entanglement,[7] the difference (if any) between inertial and gravitational mass,[8][9] a reason for the observed value of the cosmological constant[10] and the nature of dark energy.[11][12]
The concept of zero-point energy was developed by Max Planck in Germany in 1911 as a corrective term added to a zero-grounded formula developed in his original quantum theory in 1900.[13] The term zero-point energy is a translation from the German Nullpunktsenergie.[14]:275ff
Mexican Peso Traders Celebrate the Death of the Donald Trump Campaign
It’s all over, according to Mexican peso traders in the FX markets. In light of the recent events surrounding Trump and his big, garrulous, mouth, the peso is soaring now — a key barometer in the fate of the Trump campaign for Presidency.
This, coupled with a threat from the producer of The Apprentice, paints a picture of dire gloom for the Trump movement. As for markets, I believe these events were foretold in the trading action of Goldman on Friday. Then again, I do have a penchant for conspiracy theories and have a hankering to demean the great Goldman Ballsachs whenever possible.
Then there’s this, the conspiratorial LA Times poll, the first since the scandal broke, showing Trump retaining a 2 point lead.

Comments »The Donald Show Continues: Producer of the Apprentice Warns of Even Worse Leaks to Come
Bill Pruitt, producer of the Apprentice (season 1 and 2), sent out a tweet yesterday — warning in the most ominous of ways that there are far worse leaks to come — as it pertains to the Donald. One could only surmise, the Donald discussed off camera about taking other female friends to go furniture shopping and grabbing at their genitalia, in order to further his hedonistic, celebratory, lifestyle. I can’t wait to hear of what he said near the hot mic.
As a producer on seasons 1 & 2 of #theapprentice I assure you: when it comes to the #trumptapes there are far worse. #justthebegininng

Comments »The iBC Poll Results Are In: None of You Give a Shit About #TrumpTapes Gate
I imagined many of you moved in very heavily in this bitch of a poll and said ‘MAGA’, inexorably ignoring pussygate and all the horrible things it means for the country and our ‘global community’ — mostly that it might permit H. Clinton grab the iron throne.
I’ve conducted these polls on my Twitter account for the past year and almost every result was 70% in favor of Trump. This one came in at 68%, with more than 700 of my 28,000 followers participating.
What does it mean? Well, according to my demographics, an unbelievable majority of my followers are men, 85%. I wonder why the fuck that is? And, many of you are well to do cock-swingers, so the vulgarity of Trump most likely only emboldens you to vote more than once this election.
Comments »Deutsche Bank Fails to Cut Deal with Department of Justice, But Deutsche Bank Isn’t Lehman, So It’s Okay
All of the reports of ‘imminent deals’ being made, reported by citizen journalists on Twitter, have turned out to be complete and utter horseshit. Surprisingly, the DOJ isn’t bending to the will of Merkel, most likely due to the EU clown slapping of Apple. That being said, Deutsche Bank now finds themselves in a terrible set of circumstances, with a $14b fine and just $6b in reserves. With the stock higher by 14% over the past two weeks, and more than 30% from the lows, look for that shit to get rescinded in the most violent of ways.
Via Bloomberg
Deutsche Bank AG Chief Executive Officer John Cryan failed to reach an agreement with the U.S. Justice Department to resolve a years-long investigation into its mortgage-bond dealings during a meeting in Washington Friday, Germany’s Bild newspaper reported.
The meeting was meant to negotiate the multi-billion-dollar settlement the bank will have to pay to resolve alleged misconduct arising from its dealings in residential-mortgage backed securities that led to the 2008 financial crisis, according to a Bild am Sonntag report.
The German lender is still considering seeking damages against Anshu Jain and Josef Ackermann, who are both former CEOs of the bank, the newspaper reported. Bild said the bank froze part of the millions in bonus payments to Jain and other former top managers.
A Deutsche Bank spokeswoman declined to comment to Bild about the outcome of Cryan’s Friday discussion or about clawing back former executives’ compensation. Mark Abueg, a Justice Department spokesman, declined to comment.
Now I understand that Deutsche Bank isn’t Lehman. As a matter of fact, it’s much worse than Lehman. From my vantage point, short sellers will be going into DB, very heavily, like a bitch (Extra Trump), first thing Monday morning.

Comments »Deutsche Bank’s position is currently marginal as it is woefully undercapitalised and has no clear prospect of becoming meaningfully profitable. As the world’s largest derivative trader and Europe’s most systemically important bank this is untenable. Deutsche Bank is three times larger than Lehman Brothers, making the possibility of an unexpected and uncoordinated failure completely unacceptable. Deutsche Bank needs substantial time and capital to execute a turnaround, neither of which it now has. It does not have the profitability to grow its capital base quickly or to support a capital raising of the size it needs. Deutsche Bank needs either a bail-in or a bailout.
An orderly bail-in process would deliver Deutsche Bank the additional time and capital it needs. In the first instance, the bank should be declared non-viable with all equity, additional tier 1 and subordinated debt written off. By converting 63.1% of long term senior debt to new equity the leverage ratio would increase to an unquestionably strong 9%. Based on recent peer comparisons, bailed-in senior debt holders would receive a recovery of at least 94% of their current position. Using an IPO model, where management develops and presents a new strategy to potential investors over a 2-3 month period, would allow the recipients of newly issued equity an orderly process to sell-down their equity. It also creates the possibility of a substantial recovery for subordinated debt, additional tier 1 and equity investors.
If the Lehman playbook continues to play out as it has done – denials of any problems… blame speculators… unleash short-squeeze on heels of rumors of foreign sovereign wealth fund investments… and finally acceptance – this will not end well…
Poll: Who Will You Vote For?
I’ve done these polls for the past year and the results have always been around 70% in favor of Trump. I’d be interested to see how the events of recent days affected the results.
Who will you vote for?
