The myth of the American economy being an ideal utopia for all — just because government statistics and the stock market said so, is readily debunked on the blog and others.
But now, thanks to our good friends in the Kremlin, by way of Wikileaks, we get the unvarnished truth by the head of the DNC, Donna Brazile, via one of her very private emails.
“I think people are more in despair about how things are – yes new jobs but they are low wage jobs… HOUSING is a huge issue. Most people pay half of what they make to rent,”
Her position in public? Inexorably, a much different tone.
