The stooges at Reuters made an error with this article. Instead of coming off slightly biased, with a tinge of honor imbued in their commentary to fool people into believing they’re really a news agency and not a propaganda arm for the Clinton campaign, they slipped with this one a little bit.
In my experience growing up in a very multi cultural area of Brooklyn, the people who made race an issue were often the most racist ones, pretending to be the opposite, sort of what Reuters is doing here.

Are you aware that Trump routinely bars news organizations from events because they write things he doesn’t like? No other presidential candidate has ever done that. That doesn’t undermine Freedom Of The Press? Really?

This paper published on the front page that Trump Said Obama Was “Directly Responsible” for the terror attack in Orlando. That was an outrageous lie, of course. Why would he permit an organization like that a press permit? So that they can continue to lie?
Coincidentally, The Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos. The same Jeff Bezos that owns Amazon which Trump said had a “huge antitrust problem.” That is not something Jeff wants to hear, so he uses his newspaper to print lies and hopefully affect the election.
The Washington Post is not a news organization. They are a political arm of Amazon.

If I remember correctly Trump’s own campaign had to back peddle and say that Trump really didn’t mean that Obama was directly responsible for the attack. As usual he said something stupid and had to retract and modify.

I read the full article, and found it to be a careful and even-handed description of the poll results.
Although the Trump supporters were clearly much more likely than supporters of other candidates to rate blacks lower than whites for each of the attributes in the survey, the writeup:
–never labeled Trump supporters as racist or biased, and didn’t claim that the survey results were indicative of racism or bigotry
–pointed out that supporters of Clinton also rated blacks lower in “still significant” numbers
–contacted the Trump campaign for comment, and included the response in the article
–noted that, for all attributes, it was a minority of Trump voters who rated blacks lower
So, I ask again what the nature of your objection is. Is it that they asked such survey questions at all? [You imply that Reuters is racist for asking about race, which I find simply bizarre]. Or do you object to the survey method? To the writeup of the results? To the decision to headline the standing of Trump supporters?
