Goldman’s Chief Economist, Jans Hatzius, Talks Gibberish on CNBC

I got absolutely nothing from this segment. I tried to parse out some bullish data points and then some bearish ones, but came up with absolutely nothing. This was a masterful performance of complete gibberish.

This guy is smart. If you don’t say anything when you speak, you won’t ever be wrong.

I don’t bother to watch the videos, so I read the summary:
    http://www.cnbc.com/2016/06/13/decent-chance-for-july-rate-hike-goldmans-hatzius.html

“The most important factor is whether the next employment report shows this last one to be basically an outlier on the loss side. That would be my expectation”
Basically he is saying that the FED in July will raise if the next unemployment report is good.

IMHO, Hatzius is the ONLY one from Goldman that I do pay attention to (other than as a contrarian indicator). In terms of not expressing a specific market direction, do you think Jim Cramer or Marc Faber provide more useful information than Jan? A real economist speaks in probabilities and cause/effect, not certainties.
