The right wingers in North Carolina are foaming at the mouth, in an attempt to deny me of my rights to shave my beard inside the woman’s bathroom. Moreover, they’re trying to take away the hobbies of transgender lads/lassies, who enjoy moonlighting between the ladies and the men’s room.
“Oh Oscar, which restroom will you use tonight? I feel like a standing up pee inside the ladies room tonight.”
“The Obama administration is bypassing Congress by attempting to rewrite the law and set restroom policies for public and private employers across the country, not just North Carolina,” the governor said in his statement. “This is now a national issue that applies to every state and it needs to be resolved at the federal level.”
Lynch said in a news release that she would hold a news conference Monday afternoon “to provide an update on a law enforcement matter.”
North Carolina’s standoff with the federal government began in February, when the city council in Charlotte passed an ordinance allowing transgender people to use the bathroom of their choice. State lawmakers called a special session and passed the bill in 12 hours on March 23.
Super gay companies like Target have already went apeshit and taken gender signs off the bathroom doors. They’re progressively positioning for a world when genders are passé, old hat. In the future, everyone will intermingle between genders. Detachable cocks will be sold at the front of Target, for those looking to partake.
The relics inside of the state of North Carolina are trying to deny the people of their God given right to change their sex. This, of course, cannot be tolerated. I am sure the Obama administration will take appopriate actions to ensure they’re justly punished.

DOJ just announced they will be suing NC. What a clown show.
The world has been turned upside down. Smh
All States in America could do much worse than having a Governor with b*lls, and the good sense to know where they do and do not belong.
Gosh, I am glad we are focusing on the important issues, like who is using what bathroom. Unlike us, some countries never get their biggest problems solved, because they don’t focus on them.
Next thing you know there will be Bibles in bathrooms! I would put detachable cocks in the back of the store so that patrons will have to walk all the way through the store to get it. It will help generate add-on sales.
Let’s top off the Constitution with a bathroom amendment.
This stuff just distracts people from real issues. This is manipulation of the populous of the highest order.
Used to be you only had to worry about your son in the public restroom regarding stranger danger now you can also be concerned for your daughter with the same guy.
The danger to kids in the bathroom, or lack thereof, has not likely changed since Americans became obsessed with bathroom use.
It has always been the case that predators could go into a bathroom in a public place, dressing like the other gender– or not. And it’s always been rare that anyone committed such a crime, and still is. In a public place there are too many potential witnesses, in the rare case of that someone would commit such a crime.
I don’t see why anyone needs any laws about this at all. Just go to the bathroom of the gender you look like, and let other people go, in peace. In the very rare situation that a crime occurs, then of course report it and prosecute it to the fullest extent of the law.
By the time you report and prosecute, by definition, it’s too late.
This is the sort of law that will have passive responses to threats. You no longer have the deterrent of people calling the cops on suspicious looking men entering females bathroom and even dumb criminals will know they don’t have to worry about police… The whack jobs can go right in to directly commit a crime or plan/ fantasize about one.
The deterrent may have prevented some crimes from happening altogether, it may also catch more people in the act, and others it at least allows the cops to be hot on the trail to find perpetrators who just abducted a child.
There is no question there is added risk.
For what exactly?
And let’s even ask “what if there is no direct added risk… At a minimum, a large percentage, (potentially more than half of the population) share this “paranoia”. You think a large percentage of them won’t carry guns more often, but guns for their family who they are concerned for? I thought the left was generally against the proliferation of guns? Why are they supporting policies that have a probable consequence of greater ownership?
What are you going to hire police to stand inside bathrooms? I thought the majority of the left was against a police state?
And you think there won’t be male political fanatics looking to make a statement through trashing woman’s bathrooms, urinating on the seats? (Let alone the possibility of the extreme wackos harming people)
And backlash of feminists going in and trashing male bathrooms?
Rarity of crime isn’t the question. Transgenderism is probably as rare or more than these type of crimes. It’s the added risk and cost with no net social benefit, and the authoritarian nature of the federal government trying to dictate what the states can and can’t do.
It would be a good idea to read the entire bill as well, as the restroom situation is a small piece of it. As a North Carolinian, with plenty of friends on both sides of the aisle, nobody apart from those who can’t read like this bill.
Even Donald “clown car” Trump came out saying this bill was ridiculous. If the most ridiculous reality TV star says it’s ridiculous, that’s saying something.
Yeah, transgenderism is really a 1st world problem…
People on 3rd world forced to resort to creating massive carbon emissions by burning cow chips for heat, have different priorities. They don’t really have the luxury of having bathrooms, much less time to think about their gender, privacy, sanitation, or how female their penis is.
Transgendered are far, far more likely to commit suicide than the average person. The suicide rates are the same before and after an operation to change their biology. It’s not how they are perceived or treated that is the problem. Just because something bad happens, doesn’t automatically make it occur solely because of bigots or racists standing inter way as the left of center media narrative.
Supporting their delusions is not healthy, either. Empathy, is one thing, supporting delusion is another.
You don’t tell a paranoid schizophrenic that Lizard people are really shooting out of the TV, and are really trying to bite his nose off, and if this schizo feels irreversible surgery to remove his nose will make the lizards stop, and make his life better, he should not only go right ahead, but he should go ahead and that should end the discussion of treatment and professional advice. You don’t label any other position as “bigoted” or “insensitive”, and regressively use it to silence conversation as a minority subsection of the left wants to do. We don’t have major Hollywood coverage of Schizophrenics as if it is the most pressing issue of the day, despite it probably being a much more common occurrence than transgenderism.
Gonna be lots of folks doing their business in the woods now. Next step is consolidating bathrooms. Lynch was fucking disgraceful today.
Not really, people could always just go back to this never being a problem again. Or we could do dumb crap like stuffing a bill (that nobody cares to read, but they still comment on) with absolute garbage.
Sometimes, a bathroom is just a bathroom. Now if I have the right to use a really nice public restroom that’s super clean and doesn’t smell, that’s a privilege I’d pay for.
I’ll just note the irony in a conservative state saying that this is a federal issue: I guess the fact that they overturned a local law means that they can’t say it’s a local issue.
