CHINESE MARKETS ARE BEING RAMSHACKLED AGAIN

The Chinese markets are down 2.7% this evening, just in time for some late night, hollywood styled (double entendre!), drama. It’s nice to see China sinking into the oblivion, as other asian markets do fairly well. For example, the NIKKEI is higher by 0.4% and the all unimportant KOSPI is flat.

Separately, gold is up 0.48%, which means people are scared shit.

Portuguese-German spreads continue to narrow, which is bullish, to 283bps.

Lastly, European futures are down 0.4%.

There is nothing to be learned from tonight’s helter skelter session.

As you were.

Mad Max … Terrible boring movie. Racking up the Oscar awards. Apparently I’m in the minority. Everybody loved it. Except me. I barely made it thru. Just a huge car chase without anything that made me think beyond the next violent scene. What did I miss? What am I not getting?

Totally fair criticism. For me it was the story: they go like maniacs to escape everything they left behind – and then (and here’s what people seem to miss in calling this a feminist action film etc) they decide to go back where they came from after a MAN – who until that point has not said three words – tells them to go right back where they came from.

And they have almost no resistance or conflict on the way back.

Very lame from a story perspective…

Kuroda is getting ripped apart AGAIN tonight over at the Japanese Congress. That Boy should just get a bed there after all the f**king he is getting every night in front of them, ouch. Nikkei is up over buyback at Nissan. USD/JPY has been fading all night, just like the Nikkei after that strong open.

strong open is simply because the Japanese government trys supporting the market every day @7:20/30pm est.

every day, it spikes 1or200 pts 4 no reason regardless of news. It’s a perfect quick trade 2 short it for just 5 minuites

Probucks, Europe Session likes to rally at the open too. Will watch for that pattern and watch the USD/JPY move, if Japan is supporting anything..that is it.
