The market didn’t drop from the highs because CELG was expensive. It fell because of China and oil, and copper, and the dollar.

Looks like a bounce to me. Unsustainable, but may get some life if EUR continues to climb against the USD. Wake me up if platinum breaks $950.

Still a hard trade because oil could fall 10% for the same reason the dollar is falling. Really Gold should be the best gainer because it has no economic purpose, but golbugs are forever crushed by men of greater means.

Maybe, that’s why I can’t get long oil here. Funny enough oil is doing exactly what I wanted it to do before I put a big short on it, but now I’m not going to because the dollar is getting in my face. Oil will probably drop back into the 30’s and then I’ll get long. I guess the only view I have on the situation is that we should nuclear bomb the middle east.

I think oil went up today because of the situation in the Middle East. Within 6-8 months there will be war, me thinks. I mean a real biggie. With Russia & Iran directly fighting SA and friends. Oil will go through the roof. Stocks will go through the floor.
