If buying stock is manipulation, then yes, it’s manipulation. It’s also manipulation when you sell. So, manipulate all you can. Just make sure you buy and sell stocks with very low volume.

Not to mention there’s such a thing as vicious bear market rallies. They happen not necessarily due to “manipulation”, but because of the equilibrium in markets where forced selling subsides, and the other side piles in. You must be new to markets.

Were you smart enough to make money off it? That’s really the only relevant point/question. What you want to have happen and reality are always going to differ tremendously. That’s life.
