Sadly, due to market conditions, completion has been pushed back to 2016.

+2.93% today. These are the days when I think I’m smart. Other days, when the market outperforms me, the market is stupid.
There is no where else to store money, and there is way too much of it floating around. Some folks have unimaginable gobs of money and literally nowhere to put it.
The market will probably just keep going up until rates rise, if they ever do, which they may not.

I find myself without even the slightest idea whether the market will go up or down, not even 15 points in either direction. I am just resting here in the warm brazilian waters hoping not to be affected by the pollution.

The biggest uncontrolled gusher of pollution, by far, is the global warming pollution we’re putting up at the rate of 90 million tons per day……said once a large OXY shareholder.
