We may be in the beginning of the rotation from developed markets to the emerging markets.
For example look at last night.
One would have expected a major sell off but it didn’t happen. The emerging markets were either up or down slightly.
The hot money is moving from the winners of the last couple of years to the losers.
EEM etf is up this AM (at least for now).
The gold stocks will follow the emerging markets like they have the last couple of years (which was down).

So true. 10 out of 10 insider trading busts are backed up in court by private emails. It’s amazing that no one seems to find this wrong, how the govt can just tap into your privacy to convict you of a crime.

It spits in the face of due process, which begins with a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing. Mass surveillance isn’t about fighting terror or keeping us safe, it’s about gauging public opinion in real time. Businesses use this information to better market to us, and governments use it to placate and control the population. We’ve been sold on the notion that it’s all done in the name of keeping us safe. If that’s a fringe benefit, great, but don’t kid yourself about why we’re really being monitored and why it’s not OK.
