Futures are flat this morning with a slight bias to the upside, which can mean only one thing: significant downside “pinaction” in all of my names.
I’d like to take this opportunity to give a “shout out” to YELP for trading down a buck plus in the pre. I’d also like to acknowledge SPLK and say “where the hell do you think you’re going?”, up in the pre, when it should be lower by 6%. Shout out to FEYE for providing myself– and my family– with some big ass capital losses. I couldn’t have done it without you. Last but not least, I am delighted to see WDAY getting drilled into the dirt, a company whose management hasn’t missed an earnings estimate in two decades. This has truly been one of the great surprises of my life and I wouldn’t be where I am today without any of you wonderful stocks.

SunTrust believes the number of FTC complaints regarding Yelp is not noteworthy given the number of companies that have been reviewed on the company’s platform. The firm views yesterday’s sell-off in shares as a likely overreaction but keeps a Neutral rating on the name.

There’s some really important guidance coming from the ECB today. They’re providing guidance to the market that a subdued inflation rate with cause QE.
Very important and worthwhile thinking about selling some Euros and buying stocks. I predicted this at the beginning of the year that the ECB will QE this year. Now even if they don’t guidance alone will be material.

I really don’t get just how subdued the euro stock markets are with this news. They’re going to go up because the cat is out of the bag. The ECB saying they will QE means that the opposition from the Krauts has been quelled and they will QE if needed. I know people don’t believe them, but they should as it’s really important news.
