Easy enough to contact the ISP and have the site removed. Scraping is very common. They grab it via RSS.
Looks like the host is LiquidWeb dot com. Very good company. Simply contact them with the site and a link to your site. I’d be very surprised if they kept it up. They respond quickly to legitimate DMCA takedowns which this is a very obvious breach.
