Iran is the farthest thing away from a Sanctions deal. Do you know much about middle eastern politics?
Yes I do. Kerry was only brought in when the deal was close, Cathy has been all smiley face which isn’t like her. Instead of waiting months for the next meeting, they continued only mere 11 days. BTW, the deal imho is more for China/India not Iran, they will be in violation because they hit the amount of Iran Oil they can buy, So either Sanctions Change or China is in Violations.

I have under judged the historical nature of the Actions of the Central Banks around the world. That is true. The under estimation that people care about Bubbles, that is also true. But, whether North Seas has over production, that is not a prediction, it’s just research. The next Sanctions Meeting Date vs historical past dates, that is also just a fact. The China Possible Sanctions Violation with Iran Oil, also just a fact. So unless US Congress blocks a deal, there is no predictions here.

Actually it was the French at the meeting that caused the delay. Congress is waiting to hear from Kerry, so it looks like that will be a non issue. Plus, I indicated, it’s China that needs the sanctions deal..so it should be done.
