$TSM is another obvious one behind $MU and $SNDK….but I think $WFR has more tailwinds with lean DRAM inventories AND the resurgence of the Solar industry.

Intel’s next gen chips are going to allow (more than before) the overclocking of DRAM. Does that have anything to do with the price of DRAM, I have no clue. I can definitely envision a much larger market for high performance DRAM than in the past.
For the past 5 years DRAM speeds have been more than adequate – not the weakest link. The market has been stagnant. Where is the demand for higher performance DRAM going to come from?
Also, INTC is re-entering the DRAM business. The times are a changing…
