Housing inventory here is at a five year low. 16 % increase in sold homes last year and prices are spiking. Of course I live in a red state with no unions, corruption or gubberment intrusions.

Take a look at containerboard names (IP, RKT, PKG) – they are running on unconfirmed reports from DB on another price hike. Georgia-Pacific supposedly raised prices $50/ton for early April shipments and given their large portion of the market (~15% share) I expect others to follow.
Industry went thru drastic consolidation and is basically a cartel now with huge leverage to price hikes due to large fixed costs. Take a look for yourself, I would expect a man well versed in economics such as yourself can easily appreciate the situation.
I confirmed with industry sources on the price hike but the market is still pricing in uncertainty. If they get this, there is easily 15% upside from here (probably much more).
Just wanted to pass along for all your effort on the site. I would be a buyer of RKT here given higher relative earnings leverage to the price hike and other company specific catalysts (notably mill improvement and synergy ramp up).
