As a result, FCX is down more than $5, fucking their shareholders for pagan Xmas, like nothing I’ve seen before.
Everyone on the teevee seems to be rather “meh” about the whole thing, pointing to stupid tax advantages.
THE COMPANY JUST EMPTIED ITS FUCKING COFFERS FOR A PIECE OF SHIT and another company that is bound to suffer under a difficult Obama led EPA. They probably bought MMR because the name sounds like theirs. Stupid shits.

A corporation can be used as a shell to enrich & protect individuals who own it or manage it. It is possible that one or more criminal types at FCX are making out like bandits by ripping off the shareholders for their own advantage. This has certainly happened before in some other companies.
Maybe FCX looked like FCX was a real company. But, at least temporarily, it turns out to be very similar to a Chinese burrito–not what it was cracked up to be.

Still about 50% cash..
December is normally the month i buy stocks for the next year or longer..
This year is a bit different due to all this macro yadayada…
So I do daytrade when i am not busy with my day job…
By far the best trades of the year for me is BAC (still holding) and short miners via DUST (I have closed it today)..
Long term buys for me are in health care, pharma (blue chips),
consumer staples, telecoms and today I bot UYM (2x miners) which got hit by FCX of course…
also in the past few weeks build position in BIN (will sell before earnings)
oh I also hold RTH, no too smart to pick a retail stocks .. but my trading partner nailed DECK right at the bottom.. she can tell you all about retail plays 🙂
