WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?

Okay, this BVSN crap is out of control now. Someone, somewhere, is getting rich as hell, long this thing from the comfort of some smoke filled room, decked out in mahogany walls. Have a look.

Would I short BVSN here? Hell fucking no. You know me, I rarely short anything. This thing is a runaway train and will eventually end up in a smoldering, cartoonish, wreck. But for now, this fucker is reliving the glory days of 1999, going apeshit on anyone in its way. If you missed out on the dot com bubble, have a look at that chart to understand what 500 other stocks were doing at that time, almost on a daily basis between 1998-2000.

Quick screen worth your perusal: stocks with small floats on the move higher, in an effort to catch a BVSN type of move (which is fucking impossible).

Nevertheless, notable stocks include

BONT, TEA, JVA, PATK, CPWM, LNET, WRLD, BODY, SIFY, TZOO, PKT, SUSS, NTSP, ROYL, GNOM, HGG, STRA, STMP and IPSU.

    This is what’s going on:

NIA’s latest stock suggestion BroadVision Inc. (BVSN) gained 23% to $33.25 on Monday, making it the 2nd biggest percentage gainer of the day: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Nasdaq-stocks-posting-largest-apf-3702483229.html?x=0

BVSN traded unbelievable volume today of 1,275,082, its highest volume in many years and approximately 1/2 of BVSN’s public float. With this type of volume changing hands it shows that weak hands have had plenty of opportunity to take profits. NIA believes that investors accumulating now for the first time are strong hands who are accumulating in anticipation of the huge social networking boom coming this May with the Facebook IPO. By BVSN making it to the top of the percentage gainers list, countless new investors are beginning to research BVSN for the first time and learning about Clearvale. By the time Facebook has its IPO in May, BVSN will have an enormous following of investors who understand that BVSN could benefit more from the Facebook IPO than any other company besides Facebook itself.

BVSN has officially quadrupled since NIA first suggested it last month, but NIA believes it still has a lot more upside and the rally isn’t even remotely close to being over yet! BVSN remains a 100% perfect technical buy in all 13 short, medium, and long-term categories. Shortly before the close, BVSN broke through the $33.57 resistance level and reached a new 52-week high of $33.71. The next resistance level is now $37.56: http://barchart.com/opinions/stocks/BVSN

One of the things we like most about BVSN is how they offer Clearvale Express for free and when companies outgrow it they can upgrade seamlessly to the fully featured Clearvale Enterprise. By offering Clearvale Express, NIA believes that BVSN has a tremendous advantage over its main competitor JIVE. Because Clearvale Express is free, the employees of a company can setup their own social network to use at work without even seeking permission of management. Once management finds out about it and how useful Clearvale Express is, they can then pay to have their company use Clearvale Enterprise.

There are two companies out there that also offer free enterprise social networks similar to Clearvale Express and they are experiencing tremendous success. The two free platforms are Yammer and Chatter. Tomorrow (Tuesday) night, NIA will be releasing a detailed comparison we are currently writing of BVSN’s Clearvale Express vs. both Yammer and Chatter so that you can see for yourself who offers the best free social network for businesses. NIA’s free report comparing Clearvale Express to Yammer and Chatter will be in-depth with many pictures.

Yammer is a private start-up company and Chatter is owned by Salesforce.com (CRM) a $15.6 billion public company. While Yammer and Chatter are very popular and successful, both Yammer and CRM are lacking a fully featured enterprise social network as good as BVSN’s Clearvale Enterprise for companies to upgrade to. When eBay employees demanded that eBay setup an enterprise social network and management initially refused, the employees decided to setup their own free Yammer network. After eBay management found out about it, they considered upgrading to the full Yammer version but realized that it lacked the features and functions of the fully featured platforms developed by BVSN or JIVE. eBay ended up deploying their own official enterprise social network through NewsGator, which is an add-on to Microsoft SharePoint (surprisingly Microsoft SharePoint is terrible compared to BVSN’s Clearvale and JIVE’s social platform, which is why companies like NewsGator are focused solely on developing add-on products to improve it).

NIA believes that BVSN’s Clearvale Express is much better than Yammer and Chatter because Clearvale Express is the only free social network for businesses that has a micro activity stream that creates a Twitter-like experience for communicating in and outside the firewall. Twitter is the second most popular social network in the world after Facebook. So while Clearvale Enterprise can be described as Facebook for businesses, Clearvale Express can be described as Twitter for businesses.

NIA believes that because BVSN has finally finished developing both Clearvale Express and Clearvale Enterprise and is beginning to aggressively market the two social networking platforms for businesses, Clearvale Express could rapidly grow into the most popular free social network for businesses in the world. When employees using Yammer or Chatter find out about Clearvale Express, they will likely switch to Clearvale Express, in our opinion. When management of companies find out that their employees are on Clearvale Express, they will be encouraged to immediately upgrade to the fully featured Clearvale Enterprise to take advantage of the countless extra features and functions it offers while allowing themselves to have control over the social network being used within their company. The employees, after having huge success with Clearvale Express, will be thrilled to have management upgrade the official way they communicate at work into the 21st century with Clearvale Enterprise!

Look for NIA’s huge free report tomorrow night comparing BVSN’s free Clearvale Express to both Yammer and Chatter. Also look for NIA’s very important BVSN update coming Thursday night after their year end results conference call.

If you would like to receive NIA’s exclusive Social Network Stocks 2012 Report, please go to: http://inflation.us/social2012.html

Disclaimer: NIA owns 188,700 shares of BVSN that it purchased at an average price of $11.77 per share. NIA agreed to a 60 day holding period on its initial position of 122,000 shares starting from the date that NIA first suggested the company, but NIA intends to sell these 122,000 shares at some point in the future after the date of February 12th, 2012. NIA intends to sell its additional 66,700 shares of BVSN in the future and can sell them at any time. NIA’s co-founders have also been referred business in the past from somebody who has filed as a large BVSN shareholder. NIA also reserves the right to accumulate additional shares of BVSN at any time. Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.

48.61 is the 38.2% level off its crazy 2007 top and 2008 and 2011 low. I don’t see any other resistance until then for this puppy. BTW, Fly I can’t believe these moves in 1999 and 2007..really seems to be the poster child of greed/fear.

Fly, casein protein found in milk binds to the polyphenols in tea and reduces their absorption dramatically. If you want to derive the full health benefits from drinking tea you should do it sans milk. Read up on it bro.

I wonder if this will be the BVSN top. MCD and VZ are getting loose, down over 2% today. AAPL is weakening and GOOG got gagged. WMT and IBM are near all-time highs and INTC is continuing to add.

I wish the market would just decant and breathe a little. As much as I’d like to blindly buy everything like a fat fuck at a phat farm, I choose not to buy such decadence like BVSN or velour track suits.

Do not listen to that Joe Granville character. I know the future – not Joe. All of these characters are predicting the end in epic terms – a gargantuan apocalyptic armageddon. Gerald Celente – George Soros – Peter Schiff – Karl Denninger – all of ’em!

Can we please change the wallpaper from the glittery festive red with stars to something akin to Presidential and Cherry Pies soon as February will soon be upon us? Really, who is in charge of the decor around here anyway?

Timmay recently reported the humongous drop in readership at Zerohedge since the start of the market rally. He did not provide details on the status of his own site’s readership primarily because, he said, his site is quite a bit smaller than Zero’s. Can loyal readers here be apprised of the viewership here at ibankcoin? Just wondering if the new additions have drawn more readers.

iBC has up months and down months — but, since its inception in 2007, the long-term trend has always been up.

Not that we watch our own traffic (or that of other sites) much, though. It’s a labor of love that just happens to be successful.
