Risk is Not Being Reflected

Correct me if I am wrong, but Draghi said the ECB was not going to support massive euroville bonds purchases. Yields are spiking across Europe and the euro is tanking. Yet, for some odd reason, US markets are yawning in the face of this horrific news.

I want you to be scared. This is not your ordinary set up. These fucking imbeciles are playing Russian Roulette with bond vigilantes. Are they not aware of whom they are dealing with?

This all has the hallmarks of a bottom falling the fuck out type of market, as the European perverts in Brussels fuck it up once again. We need to brace for the reality of inaction times ineptitude equals catastrophe.

The deflation trade is back with a vengeance and there aren’t many places to hide. I am 37% cash and building.

If nothing gets done, not only will not regret being heavily long into idiocy; but you will regret your birthday.

            “They’re pussies” Remember the A-game.

Not trying to single out Drummerboy, but I think it would improve the quality of the grammar on the site if using, or attempting to use a contraction, led to a ban. That is my formal recommendation for the new year

We got Marianas trench deep liquidity here where we blast ourselves out of cannons and dive head first into pools. America laughs at the decks of European pools and their draconian “no diving” postings.

Oh, we will. As long as you promise us cheaper airfare, a better hotel room with a real breakfast, more deodorant for the French, and a “full” bowl of pasta from the Italians – like they give to the locals.

      Those are our demands.

Oh, Oh and you know what is the funniest (in a black humor way) part of all of this. Everyone is missing the point that Sarkozy is up for re election in April and French People are soooo pissed off with the idea of being pussy whipped by Germany with this treaty idea that he won’t get re elected. Therefore, Treaty procedure falls completely apart…so perfect, only a Clam can mess this up for me.

NOTHING but a fundamental change in the monetary system will truly save the EU.

ECB intervention could kick the ever living hell out of the can, though.

we are selling off 100 S&P points if the little-that-they-are-saying-will-happen-friday is what happens Friday.

downside potential is 25% FROM HERE. Without a change in the monetary system and WITH oingoing forcing of Austerity, the Eurozone faces recession nearly without end.

Folks, economics is not magic, its not bizzare and elaborate theories about crowding out and money multipliers (both false), it IS a reasonably simple study of sectoral balances and money availabilitiy.

And you CANNOT force balanced budgets on countries with current account balances it WILL ALWAYS lead to recession and those budgets will NOT become balanced.

Its a downward spiral folks, and this IS NOT a question of noble Germans or reckless Mediterraneans, its just simple economics.

Why can Germany run those surpluses? Because other countries are willing to run deficits, PERIOD. We can’t all run trade surpluses, folks, and it isn’t necessarily better to run one anyway.

The ENTIRE problem in Europe is a massively flawed monetary system they were ALL retards to join.

Could not agree more that the risk factor in the entire effing world economy is not being accurately reflected. It hasn’t been priced in the way it should be for most of the last decade because of the appearance of derivatives.

On another note……..why is Corzine being interviewed?

He says he doesn’t know where $1.2B of client funds are or went. WTF?

He says he was stunned when he learned of the missing money. WTF?

He says “e-mails” may shed light on what happened to his customers money. WTF?

He says his intent was to do the right thing. WTF? We all know the road to hell is paved with good intentions…..

He is sitting behind a little table placard that says, “The Honorable Jon S. Corzine”……. Honorable as a $25 whore…..

He knows damn well what happened to his customers money. He gambled with it and lost. Used it to cover his own mistakes.

Please. Please. Just take him out in the street and shoot him.

3-1/2″ magnum 12 gauge with OO buckshot to the face would do nicely. And be sure to have MSNBC, Bloomberg, Fox B and CNBC all televise it live. Both the shotgun and the cameras from a distance of about 10 feet. Make sure some skull splashes on the camera lens.

Maybe THAT would get the attention of the rapists………er…..bankers and financiers.
