With builders finally showing some sign of life and a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel, USG looks like a high probability trade that should be added to on dips…potential triple for the patient investor.

The Buffett was a fool comment, was sarcasim cuz I thought I was smarter then Buffett on IBM, :-)…but still can’t believe you focused on that strange USG today.
i used to gage how well business was by how many empty buckets of USG mud i used during the season. even in this shit market,i am amazed at how it’s not in the upper teens considering the natural disasters of towns in the last 2 two years through out america. even in this housing slump. one of the reasons why i wont revisit that trade, is because when china was on “fire” they were trying to commoditize the price of a sheet of drywall, which sucked, because it became a game, and it was fucked up. now they dont try that shit too much anymore because it doesnt work. and what else doesnt work anymore is the fact that everyone has gotten over the chinese drywall bullshit, and knows better now and has moved on. which still doesnt seem right about it’s price action, for where it should be. i have’nt tracked this one in a long while since the disconnect in price even after the final supreme court ruling on asbestos,and regardless of home sales,or lack thereof.
