I am elated to see the market higher. Hell, if it was lower, my CIEN, VMW, and FFIV positions might be down 15% each. For that, I am most humbly grateful to the all-fucking-mighty for such splendour, gifting me with such minor inconveniences and accumulative losses (1%). The market was high on crack yesterday, yet I managed to squeak out a 0.3% gain.

As for the PPT which I am presantly a member of and trying to quickly ramp knollege, if I make a watchlist (take your Watchlist: 4g/smartphones) and review the entire list, I see that ARMH OB/OS 2.1 – CIEN OB/OS 1.88 – P OB/OS 1.9 – SCMR OB/OS 1.84, have the lowest OB/OS score and therefore are the most oversold in the group. Would you agree theoretically that once you create a universe, you compare the OB/OS score to others in the group and your candidates are the ones with the lowest score?

Not necessarily. Every stocks is unique. Look at the historical Ob/OS levels for true inflection points. Some stocks offer excellent mean reversion opportunities. Others are better at momentum. Analyze the scores and try to find your comfort zone.
